Description

HIC HR390 Milliohm meter low resistance tester capacitance meter module can measure 0-120 Ohm resistance and 10pf-20000uf capacitance. It can measure low resistance with 1mΩ accuracy and display measuring value in the LCD screen accurately. Its operating power supply is 7-12VDC. Only two buttons, easy to operate, it is an ideal low cost precision milliohm meter.
